Data is processed to: perform the mu©k calculation, generate the technical dossier, and manage relationships with consultants and law firms.
Data is stored on servers in Switzerland (Infomaniak, Geneva) in compliance with the nLPD (New Federal Data Protection Act, effective September 1, 2023).
