mu©k WebApp is a professional tool for calculating support and maintenance obligations under Swiss law (Swiss Civil Code, Art. 285 et seq.). The calculation model is protected by a license agreement with the author Hanspeter Küpfer.
Access is restricted to authorized professionals (AGNA consultants, subscribing law firms) and users invited by them.
The calculation results are for informational and technical purposes only. Legal and financial decisions remain the responsibility of the parties and their legal representatives.
The calculation model is the property of Hanspeter Küpfer. The platform is developed and managed by WSC Olimpo SA, which holds the intellectual property rights for its implementation on the SaaS platform.
